Telma Ferraccioli Marques, M.A.

Ms. Marques has an MA in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in the child development (0-7) with a strong background in early childhood development and education, and special services. Ms. Marques is a consultant, a former chairperson for a non-profit organization, a bilingual mental health counselor, a supervisor for a bilingual Early Head Start program, a Health Services Manager for an Early/Head Start Program of Excellence, and a project developer/grant writer for daycare and Montessori school programs. Ms. Marques is also a mother of two and a grandmother of three. She provided numerous in-house and outside training per areas of expertise; she is a Lifetime member of Ashoka Innovators for the Public.

Ms. Marques’ areas of expertise: children health/mental services, preschool administration, project design and grant writing, infant/child mental health, child abuse & neglect, early identification and intervention, and disability services. Specializations: Neuropsychology (Level 1 and 2), Child Abuse and Neglect (Level 1 and 2). Author of
the C.H.I.L.D. Protocol™ 0-7© (C.H.I.L.D. Protocol™ 2016). Co-author of 21 Interdisciplinary Scales of Development for children ages from birth to 7, edition in Portuguese.
